Free C4D 3D Model: Galactic Axe

Free-C4D-3D-Model-Galactic-AxeToday we have a free C4D model by John Burdock. John created a silver Galactic Axe or hatchet model. The silver has details etched into it based on the material/bump channel. You could also re-texture the handle and make it a wooden version pretty easily if you want that style. Feel free to use for personal or commercial use, just make to sure to thank John in the comments and also check out his work at epicjcreations.com Thanks for sharing, John!

Free Cinema 4D Xpresso Rig: AM Audio Waveforms

I found a really rad free Xpresso rig for C4D by Mike Udin. It’s a handful of presets for audio waveforms. I love this stuff! Really handy rig to put in the library. Make sure to thank Mike. You can download it on his site here: mikeudin.net/2016/07/01/xpresso-rig-am-spline

C4D Tutorial: Python Scripting

My friend Noah Witchell put up a great tutorial and some free scripts for anyone who works with Python scripting or wants to learn. This video includes some really helpful resources for learning Python. Also, he has some great tips for creating something similar to Photoshop Actions where you can create a script to run through a multi step process in one click. Setting up scripts for anything you do frequently would be a great time saver. Anyway, hope you enjoy. Check out the tutorial, but make sure to go to the actual vimeo page where he has tons of links to scripts and other resources for learning. You can check that out here.
