I was doing the old-fashioned American Road Trip last summer and we drove through North Dakota and passed through oil fields with hundreds of pumpjacks. It’s quite a sight to see! Today I’m giving away a free model of an oil rig, which is also called a pumpjack. This is modeled by my friend Remco van der Meer! Check him out here: www.remmac.net
It comes with a Cinema 4D version and also a .obj so you can use it in any other 3D application.
This could be a great addition to any steampunk or industrial design. I think you could use this in a lot of different ways if you’re creative! And, like always, feel free to use this model for whatever you want, just don’t re-distribute or sell. Enjoy!
