3D Industrial Pack

I’m extremely excited to introduce The Pixel Lab “Industrial Pack!” I’ve collaborated on this project with my buddy Remco over at remmac3d.blogspot.com. We’ve created a huge pack with 25 industrial models, 2 full 3D environments, 10 HDRIs, 9 C4D Metal Textures and 50 industrial texture images. Industrial elements are very useful in design these days so I really hope this pack will be helpful!

2 Complete 3D Environments

25 Industrial Models

10 HDR Images

50 Industrial Texture Images

9 C4D Metal Textures

The models are made with Cinema 4D R12 and include textures. Many objects, such as the trusses, include two texture options, you can simply delete the far right texture tag to reveal the other option. You may have to change some of the texture parameters based on your lighting set up.

NOTE: These models will NOT work in versions previous to R12.

Many of these models are worth over $20 individually so we have again provided a great deal in the hopes of making this affordable for everyone! If you have any questions about the pack, please e-mail me at: joren@thepixellab.net.

You can’t help but admire the craftsmanship of modelling, textures…and the offer.
Having these models also helps me learn more
    about how to make them.

And learning is as good as gold : ))!

  2. Thanks so much, everybody, for the support and positive comments. I really appreciate it, and am glad you think the pack is a good deal. I’m looking forward to bringing more good deals and content your way soon! Thanks again!
    Cheers,
    Joren

Hi guys, nice pack once again 🙂

My Cinema 4D keeps bugging me about some plugin (if I remember correctly it was “dust” or something) that I’m missing. Could you tell me where I can get it.

    Cheers,
    -J

  4. Sorry to get back to you so late, Juuso. The dust should not be anything you have to worry about. It was probably used in one of our models as a test, but for the final we didn’t use it. We probably just forgot to delete the effect from the file. Please disregard the “dust” effect and delete it! Thanks for pointing that out!

Great package and lots of ideas here for a fun project! Anyone else think of building a Breaking Bad set after seeing this stuff?

  6. Hi Joren

A mechanical question ;). The truss connector should fit to the truss elements , i would assume. —– + —– , in this way . But i have to scale it a bit in z direction. ( R13).

    Right ?

    Best,
    Thomas

  7. Hey Thomas, yeah sorry mate, I was an idiot when I modeled the connector. I should have modeled it in the same scene as the truss but I built it separately so you will have to scale it or move it around depending on your situation. I’ve used the trusses lately in some designs though, and it shouldn’t be too big of a problem to push them around and size them.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you!

  8. Joren, my friend!

As a gift to you and the awesome crowd:
I’m giving you a $150 check to a vintage item on ebay, you buy something, and i’ll model this thing (if possible) and we’ll put it on your website as a free model. i’m very curious!have fun! Cheers! Remco

  9. WHOAH!!! That’s awesome Remco!! Thank you so much, my friend, that is a truly awesome gift and I really appreciate it! Fun that everyone will get the model as a piece of my birthday gift! 🙂 I will be in touch soon with my choice! Thanks again mate!

I am sorry I didn’t go through the site properly I though this was just a general website for 3d model I didn’t read enough to learn that the models were tied to a or any specific software

Does this pack use the cloner?

I’m specifically interested in the trusses, but I only have Visualize so I don’t have access to the cloner tool.

    Joren,
The quality is great of all your entire packages and the freebies. I’ll keep buying such great products @ such fantastic prices. Thanks to all your partners and collaborators, and appreciate all the work you do!

Hi Joren, maybe someone already asked this question: But can I import the models into Element 3D, or do I need C4D to convert them to OBJ files or similar first?
You have so many cool packs – and with the new E3D v2 coming out any day now, I´m sure you have a huge potential market there 🙂 I know I´d be one of the buyers of many of your packs.
Please let me know about E3D compatibility. Thanks 🙂

    1. Hey Lasse, you can bring the models into element3D, but most of them won’t import correctly and they will not have textures. The models have to be prepared for Element, which would require having C4D. We have the Material Pack for Element, as well as 3 packs you can find here: http://www.thepixellab.net/products if you scroll down to the AE section. That’s all we offer for Element at the moment. Cheers!

Hey Joren, and thanks for clearing that up 🙂
Are there any plans to make an E3D version of Industrial Pack in the near future – if at all? Seems like one of your most popular packs, so maybe it gets priority…one can hope 😀
